Hello, I have PC With i7-6700k, 16GB DDR4 3000MHz, GTX 1070Ti and SSD 500GB ADATA Gammix S11 Pro that has 3500MB/s read and 3000MB/s write speeds and i'm getting micro stuttering (about 1 sec or less hiccups/freezes). This is much more noticeable if i run in DX9 mode than DX11.
